Teisha is an ambitious Network Marketer & a passionate Social Media Strategist. Her network marketing journey began at a young age of 21 very unexpectedly. At the time, she was a full-time university student. She had graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and moved on to pursuing a career in elementary education. She took on the Network Marketing industry over 4 years ago as a hobby.

Teisha knew what a difference a side hustle would make by watching her mom spend her whole life working at the hospital full time and Avon for extra money to pay for her and her brothers sport expenses, family holidays to Mexico and stretch the family budget. Teisha was her mom’s little helper growing up. She would help stamp catalogs, deliver orders and look after hundreds of customers. Her mom would always joke around that she would one day become the “Avon Lady.”

Teisha’s oldest brother is also an entrepreneur, starting up his own successful businesses and investing in others’ as well. He played a huge role in Teisha’s confidence in getting started with the network marketing industry. She had all the support from her brother.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Teisha got a taste of what a side hustle would do for her as a young university student.

After her first full year in the network marketing industry, she has been able to turn her hobby into her dream career through her social media platforms. She was named the #1 top recruiter and #2 personal sales in Canada in her company within her first year. After her second year, her team exploded & achieved top levels in Canada for team volume. Throughout her journey, she has gone from a shy, insecure girl to a confident woman & driven business builder. Her goal is to help ambitious women create residual income through social media and a network marketing platform.

One of Teisha’s strengths is to take a topic and find multiple ways to teach and train by maximizing the platforms and tools available to her. Being a Millennial on the border of a Gen Z, she was born into a world of peak technological innovation — where information was immediately accessible and social media increasingly ubiquitous. She has been able to deliver a new feel and flavour to the industry by growing a network marketing business and community completely online. Teisha is financially minded and gives people a sense of security by being conservative with a future focused vision of growth, development and unlimited opportunities.

Being an entrepreneur is an expression of her values and identity, crafting her brand to be innovative and creative. Her focus is about being brave and just doing it anyway. She will always keep it real, raw, authentic, and fun in everything she does. As Teisha would say, “If it makes you happy, it doesn’t have to make sense to anyone else.”

She is a mental health advocate and makes a mountain look like a mole hill with a party at the top, by delivering practical steps, appropriate tools and loads of encouragement. You are not alone when you are working with Teisha.

Her high school sweetheart and partner Ryan resides just outside Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with their most recent addition, a cat named Earl. He is named after Teisha’s favourite tea, Earl Grey.
